Nivar is operated by Quantscope AI LLC. We provide an AI-powered rental search platform for Milan, Italy. Our service is used by EU residents and we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Name and email when you sign in with Google or create an account
• Search queries and filters you apply
• Properties you save or compare
• Approximate location (only with your explicit permission)
• Session identifiers for security and analytics (with consent only)

Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase (EU region, eu-west-1). All connections are TLS-encrypted. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Search history is retained for 12 months. Account data is kept while your account is active. Request deletion at any time via email.
